Well I would say since their a good price and if you use makeup alot buy them all lol
If you look on youtube and type in coastal scents pallet you will see girls deomstrating them and i have not used them before but plan on ordering them from the video they look like the went on well and one girl said even without a base they applied nicley ill add the video link for you to see .....to me the second pallet just looks like maybe less shadows but its got blush i think they look great though i love mac but it gets expensive and if you look at it this way the american price for one mac shadow is what 12 something and canadian 16 something so your gettin all that for 20 thats really good but its deffinitly your decission soo whatever u think is best hope i could help heres the link
