SKIN CARE:
The best possible way to nourish and keep both your skin and hair looking great is to keep your self well hydrated and eat the best possible diet. You are what you eat. So, drink plenty of water, at least eight glasses a day. Avoid oily food. Include plenty of vegetables in your daily diet and keep off aerated drinks, alcohol and fast food. Always keep your skin well moisturized especially in dry weather to prevent dry skin.
Tip:
To overcome dark circles, place thin slices of cucumber on your eyes while going to sleep. These can easily cool off your eyes and minimize dark circles. But above all, get your self a good night’s sleep!!!
How to Deal With Acne:
Acne is nothing but dead cells and bacteria clogged up in an open pore. It can be minimised by washing your face at least twice a day with a gentle soap. Also wash your hair regularly. Never pick on acne or pinch it. This can leave behind an ugly scar. Do not use face scrubs with granules as this can aggravate your skin. Do not scrub your skin while washing as it can further irritate your skin. Use a crème with salicylic acid or benzyl peroxide over acne affected areas. Avoid using too much make-up and minimise the use of make-up to special occasions only. Remember to wash off your make-up at the end of the day. Keeping make up on through the night can cause serious damage to your precious skin!
